AMENDMENT3

ZONE O - Is the interior of the bath tub or shower tray. We DO supply luminaires for this zone.

ZONE 1 - This is the area directly above the bath tub or shower tray to a height of 2.25M above the floor. Protection required is a minimum of IP44 (splash proof) for normal domestic use.

ZONE 2 - a) This is the area over the bath tub or shower tray above zone 1.
ZONE 2 - b) This is the area external to zone 1 and extends to a vertical plane O.6M external to zone 1 to a height of 2.25M. Protection required is the same as zone 1.

ZONE 3 - a) This is the area above zone 2 as shown in diagram.
ZONE 3 - b) This is the area external to zone 2 to a distance of 2.4M from zone 2 and height above the floor of 2.25M. Protection required is IP20 for normal domestic use. All luminaires have a minimum protection of IP20.

We recommend that you consult a qualified electrician to ensure that the wiring and supply are protected in accordance with the regulations.
